    • What forms of payments do you accept?
      We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
    • Can I include a gift message with my order?
      Not at this time, but it is an initiative of ours to add in 2023. Stay tuned!

    • How long does it take to receive my order?

      To give you the best customer experience, we try to ship within 24 business hours of receiving the order. To follow the status of your order, please refer to our “Track My Order” page linked here.

    • How do I change or cancel my order?

      For changes we recommend contacting our customer service at your earliest convenience by email at [email protected] or by phone at (937)-222-2132. To give you the best customer experience, we try to ship as swiftly as possible.

    • What happens if my package gets lost?

      If your package gets lost in transit, please contact customer service by email at [email protected] or by phone at (937)-222-2132.

    • Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
      We currently only ship to physical addresses in the US.
    • Where do you ship from?
      We ship from Westampton, New Jersey.
    • Do you have free shipping?
      Currently, we offer $5 flat ship ground shipping through FedEx to give you the best shipping experience.

      You can sign up for our newsletter for an introductory offer of 20% off a one-time purchase and to stay in the loop for future discounts!

    • Do you offer senior citizen or military discounts?

      Not at this time, but it is an initiative of ours to add in 2023. Stay tuned!

    • Do you work with shelters, rescue organizations, or other pet-related organizations?

      We do! A priority of ours is to support local animal shelters to Comfort Those Who Comfort Us TM through our blanket donation program. We have donated thousands of blankets through our buy-one-give-one blanket initiative.     • Where are your products made?

      Our products are designed here in the US and ethically sourced globally.

    • How can I locate specific information about your products?

      For specific information regarding our products, material details, and cleaning guidance can be found under each individual product page’s Materials section.

    • Are your products safe for my pet?

      All our products are designed and manufactured with your pet’s health and safety in mind. Our family-owned company manufactured and marketed baby products for more than 70 years and we use the same care and attention in all that we do for your pet. We “Backyard Test” all new products with our pets, as we want to ensure we deliver the best quality experience. In addition to our own Backyard Testing, we send all new products for testing by Intertek, a world-class laboratory to ensure materials meet our strict requirements.

      All products if not used as intended and directed on the packaging can be hazardous to your pet. Please follow all directions and heed the warnings as we want only the best for your pet.

    • Do you offer replacement covers for the dog beds?

      We don’t offer replacement covers at this time.

    • How durable are your toys?

      That’s a difficult question to answer as a lot depends on your dog’s temperament and play style. No toy is indestructible, but we do make every effort to maximize the play value of our toys. We provide guides on our packaging and website to help you understand the various play styles that dogs have in order to help you select what your pet needs. Our most durable toys are our nylon chew toys as they are designed to be gnawed on. Our natural rubber toys are the next most durable toy as natural rubber has high tensile strength and is hard to tear. Our plush toys are reinforced with mesh to improve their durability, but since they are made of fabric are the least durable, but dogs love them!

    • Are your toys machine washable?

      Washability depends on the product. Please refer to the “Materials” section on each individual product page for instructions.
